It’s not long now until the RI Convention in New Orleans will open! For those who will be there here’s some information on ROSNF and social networking at the Convention.
Location: Booth 1190 – New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center
The opening ceremony for House of Friendship will be Saturday 21st May 2011 at 1:30 PM.
Don Higgins, ROSNF Chair-Elect for 2011-2012 and ROSNF Chair of RI Convention Committee 2010-2011, will be there and hopes to meet many of you there to open the ROSNF Booth together.
Can you spare some time to help man the booth? Please register to help with the booth here.

Announcing a new member of the month award!
Starting in February 2011, the ROSNF board is recognising each month a member who has made an excellent contribution to ROSNF.
Our first member of the month is Annamaria Tari, who has done a fantastic job of promoting ROSNF in her district (1911, Hungary), very quickly after joining our fellowship.
A record of all Members of the Month will be kept in our Recognitions & Achievements area.
Congratulations Annamaria! Please feel free to submit nominations for future Member of the Month recipients to any board member.
The latest issue of the “Fellowship Advancer”, the newsletter of the Rotary Fellowships Committee, has just been released. It contains updates from the official fellowships, and notably, is the first Fellowship Advancer we have been able to submit news to since our approval.
Rotary International have organised 2 social media webinars, on February 2nd and 9th.

This site is nearly ready to go – just some graphic tweaks and decisions to be made about categories, and it can officially be launched as a live site!
It is now open to the ROSNF members for testing out and feedback. Once they are all in and give it the thumbs up, we’ll be good to go 🙂
